Where does our passion come from?

Our reputation for excellence has been driven by over 30 years’ experience, a reputation built on our passion to deliver high quality, unrivalled care and support to enhance the lives of our residents, their families and those who own their own homes with us. From care homes with state of the art facilities to our villages that offer exceptional standards of living with restaurants, bars, and other amenities including rehabilitation and physio to support day to day living; we are dedicated to providing outstanding service, in a relaxed, meaningful way.

We push the passion at every level, our award winning teams share our vision to promote the best quality authentic care for our resident’s wellbeing, happiness and individual needs through our exemplary personnel and their innovation.

We set out to build our teams with people who share our passion, our people may bring lots of different skills and experiences but the one thing unites us all is our passion for the work we do and the care we offer. Our Roles – The personal approach

Any role taken with us requires a commitment to high standards and pride in all that you do. We offer a variety of roles, from nursing and care to activity coordination and catering, with hospitality roles also available in our retirement communities – our locations are set across London to the Home Counties.
We look for warm personalities, people who can build a rapport with others, demonstrating kindness, care and a sense of humour, when needed. Our people genuinely want to help others, be part of a motivated team and really want to grow their skills as part of an award winning group that recognises its team by ensuring they are rewarded in the top tier of pay within the sector.
