I started my career as a chef with the US Navy, continuing my work as a chef on cruise ships with a move to land that saw me working at an hotel and prestigious golf club during the 1990’s. In 2001, I joined the 4 star Ansty Hall Hotel in the Midlands before joining Ashton Lodge as chef in 2005, and I have been here ever since.

I would like to think that the work we do as a team is rewarded by the feedback we get from our residents and their families I am very proud of what we achieve.
