I have been here at Ashton since 2005 so its fair to say I like being here! Before taking this role I had been working in restaurants in London’s Shephard’s Bush.
Cooking for our residents, when they are unable to still cook themselves and knowing that they enjoy my food is my reward for being here.
This is a place that makes a difference, providing great care for vulnerable people.
When I’m not here I like to get to the gym, and really enjoy watching football.
We should say that Radshaw gets many plaudits from our residents and their families about the food he and his team delivers – we have many thank you cards that highlight this, it makes us all very proud.
